We got our girl Roxie in the Summer of 2021. Since then, she has been a great addition to our family. She is great with our two children the youngest being 3. It has been amazing watching her grow and developed into such a healthy and intelligent dog. She is also lover and gives the best cuddles! We couldn't have asked for a dog with a better personality. Our family hasn't had a Lab puppy in over 20 years. After much research, finding Rustic Silver Labs was a God send. Our silver lab boy Sammy born this summer (2021) in a large litter of 12. Not only is he adorable and very photogenic- he has the personality to match his looks. He is such a sweet boy with a lot of energy. Anyone who sees and or meets him is mesmerized by his looks and personality.

I purchased my first sliver lab this summer and it has kept me on my toes for sure but the best choice I've made. He is perfect, loving and very smart. He was only 8lbs when we brought him home and now four months later he is a healthy 50lbs and full of energy. I moved from California to Ludington, MI about a year ago. I could tell my guy Lucky (chocolate) was on his last couple laps at 14 years old.
I googled silver labs, I clicked on Candace’s website, and the rest is history. I‘m pretty darn picky, I guess you could call me a ‘Lab Snob’. I’m on my 4th lab. Her set up is TOP SHELF! No puppy factory here. This is high-end breeding. They have property, and they live off their own land. Before you go anywhere else, at least go see her, her family & her set up. That’s what I did, and there was absolutely no chance that I was going anywhere else.
Cinco is his name, as silver as silver gets! He’s about 10 weeks old now. He was totally potty trained about 10 days after I picked him up. This little guy has a darn good brain. Very fun, playful, happy, outgoing, but he knows ‘when is when’ too; totally trainable after only having him 3 weeks. I could go on and on...

Tucker is such a handsome and sweet pup! We love him so much. He likes to sit on my lap and snuggle when he's sleepy. He is very playful and loves to play fetch. He has such a cool personality. He tips his head side to side when we talk to him. He will actually sing with me when I sing. He seriously is the cutest dog ever. Our experience with Candace and Darin was perfect. They treated us as if we were family and still do to this day! I am so happy we were able to get our pup from them! They were able to answer all our questions and you can tell they truly love their dogs! We couldn't be happier!

Our Newman Samuel of PamApple Valley is not only a handsome Charcoal Lab with the classic Labrador Retriever traits; intelligent, loving, comical and inquisitive, but we're so proud that he came from such a fine breeder, Rustic Silver Labs. In fact, we had no problem making the nearly five-hour trip from Ohio to pick him up. From the very first time we met Candace, it was very evident that she not only is a very well educated and responsible breeder, but that she loves her dogs. As previous owners of three other labs, the breeder's qualities were a priority for us.
We came away impressed with her family run facilities located at her rural home. The Kennel, custom built by Candace's husband, are spacious, heated, include a whelping area. Candace's children are also involved and showed great compassion for all of the dogs, especially the puppies. We also had the pleasure of meeting Newman's parents, who live on site with Candace and her Family.
We get many compliments from complete strangers regarding Newman's rare color, and his happy, well behaved attitude, but some of the best praise came from our trusted veterinarian when she was done reviewing the file that Candace had prepared. Not only were the birth and vaccination records well documented, but the AKC paperwork was filled out professionally and was a breeze for us to submit.
We're smitten with our Newman Samuel and highly recommend Candace and her Rustic Silver labs.
